MAGALHÃES E DIAS – ADVOCACIA is considered the largest and the most traditional law firm specialized in Antitrust Law in Brazil. Since its establishment in 1980 as Carlos Francisco de Magalhães – Advocacia, the firm has been distinguished as the main boutique for Competition law in Brazil. The firm is headquartered in São Paulo and has had a strategically located branch in Brasilia, the Federal District, for more than 20 years.

The firm has the largest and the most specialized team in Brazilian Competition Law and has advised clients in most of the main cases regarding antitrust in the past years. It is composed of 23 members among lawyers and economists, of which 18 are direct or indirectly dedicated to Antitrust Law. Competition Law

We are considered the leading law firm in such area of practice in Brazil. Facing legal problems involving consumer relations requires specialized knowledge in the assessment of corporate policies, advertisement campaigns and contractual relations, in addition to full expertise in litigation.
